Job Responsibilities :
This role involves designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, optimizing SQL queries, managing ETL processes, and delivering actionable insights on customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs for various business functions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis from cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing ETL processes and troubleshooting issues in reporting pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful data insights.
- Support automated reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Conduct analysis and deliver insights on customer behavior, campaign performance, and product trends.
- Coordinate regular business meetings and accurately document meeting minutes
Pre-Requisites :
Minimally 3 years of industry experience in business analytics, marketing analytics or a similar quantitative disciplineRecent experience of using advanced analytics and some combination of Coding skills, Analytics tools experience (e.g. R, SQL), data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Excel, Power BI, etc) or have experience performing analysis with large datasetsFamiliarity with SAP Hybris, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plusStrong relationship management and interpersonal skills, to be able to articulate findings and analysis to a diverse audienceAre you game?
