About the Role
We are an integrated events and marketing agency looking for a driven Corporate Event Sales Manager. You will sell and manage a portfolio of corporate events, including dinner & dance, family day, conferences, team building, and seminars. You'll own the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying new clients to growing long-term accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Develop proposals together with our creative team that align with client objectives.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals with decision-makers.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring repeat business across our event services.
- Coordinate with operations to deliver seamless event execution.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up activities in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in events, media, hospitality, or related sectors.Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to engage senior-level clients and understand their business needs.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently and in teams.What We Offer
