1. Administrative duties generally include :
- Manage the General Office Counter and maintaining the cleanliness.
- Attend to all incoming phone calls and enquiry
- Attend to walk in visitors, parents and school's stakeholders
- Received incoming mails / packages
- Distribution of notifications and letters in teachers' mail trays
- Provision of simple first aid and attend to students who are unwell including contacting teachers, parents as and when required
- Preparation of weekly sick bay records for VP
- Non confidential data entry
- Data or forms collection for teachers or students
