Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and execute dishes in your assigned section with precision, creativity, and consistency.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and refine our Spanish-Korean fusion menu.
Ensure all food is prepared to high quality and hygiene standards.
Oversee mise en place and maintain station readiness for service.
Monitor inventory, report shortages, and ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Uphold safety and sanitation standards in accordance with NEA regulations.
Contribute ideas for menu specials, plating techniques, and seasonal updates.
