Accounts Receivable : Assist with daily data entry, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer payments, credit notes, and debit notes.
Accounts Payable : Support the processing and recording of accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with deadlines.
Financial Support : Provide assistance with various finance-related tasks and respond to inquiries from internal departments.
Administrative Support : Perform other administrative or finance-related duties as assigned, including the filing and organization of financial documents.
Relevant Experience and Skills :
Prior experience in an administrative or accounting role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
