To ensure fleet reliability and technical availability through an organized cost effective, safe and high quality PMP maintenance in accordance to Class rules , Flag administrations, International standards and charterer's requirements.To manage the Technical Department to support the day-to-day operations & to ensure the integrity of the BOA fleet.To support the Company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental objectives based on BOURBON's Quality and HSE policy requirements.To personally play a part in contributing and to inculcate safety culture and environment throughout PMP onboard vessel and in shipyard.To be responsible for redelivery of vessels back to operations as per the agreed PMP schedule and CAPEX budgetRequirements
Marine Engineer Class 1 Certificate of Competency issued by recognized authority with minimum 2 years sailing experience as C / E.
Have the necessary past experience as technical superintendent in vessels' technical management, including dry docking, maintenance and repair, audits, strong financial and budgetary experiences.
