Documentation & Reporting : Maintain records for project approvals and milestone tracking.
Public & Safety Considerations : Address environmental impact and ensure site safety.
Defects Management & Post-Construction Coordination : Oversee issue resolution and final project assessments.
Requirements :
Educational Qualification : Degree in Architecture, Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, or a related discipline (recognized by professional bodies like the Board of Architects, PEB, or BCA).
Project Management Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing building construction projects, preferably HDB developments.
Safety & Technical Certifications :
Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (accredited by MOM).
Design for Safety Appreciation Course (accredited by MOM).
