Job Overview :
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by supporting managers, employees, and visitors through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations and setting up for meetings
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Support team members with travel arrangements, expense reports, and event coordination.
- Maintain office policies and procedures and assist in developing efficient workflows.
- Overlook of social media and recruitment platforms.
Requirements and Qualifications :
Diploma or equivalent requiredActive in social mediaProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Able to communicate in english and mandarin.Singaporean and permanent resident
