As the company scales its operations across domestic and international markets, they are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead their people agenda and align talent strategy with business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirementsLead talent acquisition for critical functions including R&D, regulatory, sales, operations, and corporate rolesOversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership developmentManage C&B frameworks including benchmarking, payroll governance, and incentive programsDrive employee engagement initiatives to foster a purpose-driven and inclusive cultureEnsure full compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and industry standardsAct as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people-related mattersLead HR due diligence and integration for potential M&A or expansion activitiesOversee HR operations, systems (HRIS), and policies to ensure operational excellenceRequirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences industryStrong knowledge of HR practices in regulated industries and exposure to GMP or ISO environmentsProven ability to scale HR functions in growth-stage or multinational companiesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsHands-on, agile, and solutions-oriented mindsetStrong communication skillsEA Licence No : 23S1615
