Job Description :

Our client is an established and rapidly expanding medical devices company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions. As the company scales its operations across domestic and international markets, they are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead their people agenda and align talent strategy with business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Lead talent acquisition for critical functions including R&D, regulatory, sales, operations, and corporate roles
  • Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Manage C&B frameworks including benchmarking, payroll governance, and incentive programs
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a purpose-driven and inclusive culture
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and industry standards
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people-related matters
  • Lead HR due diligence and integration for potential M&A or expansion activities
  • Oversee HR operations, systems (HRIS), and policies to ensure operational excellence
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices in regulated industries and exposure to GMP or ISO environments
  • Proven ability to scale HR functions in growth-stage or multinational companies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Hands-on, agile, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills
