Job Summary :
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and vision.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on all human capital matters.
- Lead organizational design, culture transformation, and change management initiatives.
Talent Acquisition and Development
Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.Develop comprehensive learning and development programs to upskill employees and prepare future leaders.Implement succession planning and leadership development frameworks.Performance and Culture
Build a high-performance culture through effective performance management systems.Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across all levels.Foster a healthy organizational culture and ensure high employee engagement.Compensation and Benefits
Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Provide oversight for executive compensation and incentive programs.HR Operations
Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, HR technology systems, and compliance.Lead HR analytics and reporting to guide data-driven decision-making.Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to HR services.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience driving organizational transformation and managing large, cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and talent management.Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.Seniority level
