REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Architectural Structural & Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software
- Familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical.
- Relevant certificate in Building Information Modelling (preferred from BCA)
- Expertise in using Autodesk Revit and other 4D / 5D software, and coordination software such as Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud / IDD requirement, etc.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
BIM / VDC / IDD : Execution PlanCoordinate IDD Activities : Manage the implementation of digital delivery solutions such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital twin technologies, cloud collaboration tools, and other project management platforms.Implement Advanced Technologies : Deploy technologies like BIM, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), IoT, AI, and automation in workflows.Integrate Systems : Ensure interoperability among various digital systems to support seamless information flow and collaboration.Maintain Digital Standards : Ensure all digital tools and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.Quality Control : Monitor and evaluate the quality of outputs to ensure adherence to project specifications and expectations.Documentation : Maintain accurate records of digital project workflows, tools, and outcomes for future reference.KEY DIGITAL SKILLS :
a. BIM & VDC & IDD Technical Skills
Proficiency in BIM software for modeling, design coordination, and clash detection.Expertise in VDC for simulating construction processes and optimizing project schedules.IDD Requirement Workflowsb. ACC Data Analytics and Integration
c. Autodesk Construction Cloud-based Collaboration, Project Management & Field Management etc.
