Job description

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree in Architectural Structural & Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software
  • Familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical.
  • Relevant certificate in Building Information Modelling (preferred from BCA)
  • Expertise in using Autodesk Revit and other 4D / 5D software, and coordination software such as Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud / IDD requirement, etc.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • BIM / VDC / IDD : Execution Plan
  • Coordinate IDD Activities : Manage the implementation of digital delivery solutions such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital twin technologies, cloud collaboration tools, and other project management platforms.
  • Implement Advanced Technologies : Deploy technologies like BIM, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), IoT, AI, and automation in workflows.
  • Integrate Systems : Ensure interoperability among various digital systems to support seamless information flow and collaboration.
  • Maintain Digital Standards : Ensure all digital tools and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Quality Control : Monitor and evaluate the quality of outputs to ensure adherence to project specifications and expectations.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records of digital project workflows, tools, and outcomes for future reference.

    • KEY DIGITAL SKILLS :

    a. BIM & VDC & IDD Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in BIM software for modeling, design coordination, and clash detection.
  • Expertise in VDC for simulating construction processes and optimizing project schedules.
  • IDD Requirement Workflows

    • b. ACC Data Analytics and Integration

    c. Autodesk Construction Cloud-based Collaboration, Project Management & Field Management etc.
