Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close strategic business opportunities (B2B or B2C, depending on your focus).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to craft compelling pitches and partnership models.
- Drive market research and competitor analysis to inform GTM strategies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for sales or partner acquisition.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or growth strategy (preferably in [insert industry]).Strong track record of hitting targets and creating impact through business deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.Singaporean / PR preferred.
