Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, train, and inspire all front-of-house and bar staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a strong team culture.
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs in line with business levels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team development.
Bar & Service Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar and floor.Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any customer issues promptly.Work alongside the kitchen or back-of-house teams to ensure smooth coordination.Business & Financial Management
Manage the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to drive profitability.Monitor daily revenue and expenses, including cash handling and banking procedures.Inventory & Supply Chain
Manage purchasing, inventory control, and stock rotation for food, beverages, and supplies.Conduct regular stock audits and maintain cost-effective ordering practices.Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.Compliance & Licensing
Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and licensing laws.Maintain updated certifications (e.g., food safety, alcohol service).Handle incident reporting and ensure security protocols are followed.Sales & Marketing
Collaborate on events, promotional campaigns, and seasonal offers.Monitor customer reviews and online presence; implement feedback strategies.Drive guest loyalty and increase repeat business.Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions.Collaborate on marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal offerings.Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.Financial Management
Monitor daily financials, including sales, labor costs, and budgets.Ensure proper use of POS systems and manage cash handling procedures.Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and business planning documents.Requirement :
3+ years of proven experience in bar or hospitality management.Strong leadership and people management skills.Sound knowledge of bar operations, food service, and hospitality best practices.Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software.Relevant certifications (e.g., food safety, alcohol service).
