Answering Incoming EV Chargers & General Phone Calls to Customer's Inquiry
Conduct outbound call (existing leads and cold calling) to promote products and services to potential customers.
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, handle manage enquires and reservations from various online channels.
Responding to Customer's Emails Identify and Escalate any EV Chargers Issue Provide Information to customers for any EV Details like pricing, availability etc.
Compiling Reports for EV Chargers Maintenance and Landlord Research, Identify and Resolve Customer Complaints by understanding the root of the problem
Monitoring the EV Chargers
Follow up Customer Calls when necessary
Issue and Print Complimentary / Redemptions EV Chargers
Assist and Work Closely with Others Team
Ad hoc duties assigned by Superior and Managers
REQUIREMENTS
Possessed minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
Relevant experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing is preferred. Customer service orientated.
