Main Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives, policies, and budgets.

Ensure targeted daily sales outstanding (DSO) is achieved.

Perform credit risk analysis on customers.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across all operations.

Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes, especially in Accounts Payable and Payments.

Manage cash flow for the Singapore group, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs while managing financial and interest rate risks.

Oversee the costing function to ensure report accuracy, timely clearance of delta costs, and analysis of unusual contribution margins.

Partner with other departments to develop financial strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Identify financial risks related to operational functions and implement mitigation measures.

Collaborate with the FP&A and GL teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks.

Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or its equivalent.

Min 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in operational finance role.

Experience in leading team of at least 5 staffs.

Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred.
