Job Description

  • Work with companies of all sizes to ensure globally mobile employees are compliant with tax filing obligations.
  • Provide strategic tax planning advice and ensure compliance with employment tax obligations in Singapore and abroad.
  • Offer specialized advice on assignment structures, tax treaties, and tax-efficient benefits.
  • Brief assignees on tax implications and guide them through tax return processes.
  • Guide on tax equalization and protection policies to employees.
  • Analyze employee compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities and benefits.
  • Stay updated on international tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage financial aspects of engagements, including billing, collections, and KPIs.
  • Identify new ways to help clients achieve strategic objectives and enhance mobility programs.
  • Expand client portfolio and nurture existing relationships to drive revenue.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
