Formulate and implement strategies to enhance ecosystem expansion, adoption, and active participation.

Act as the company’s representative at industry conferences, events, and forums.
Engage in policy and regulatory discussions to promote favorable ecosystem conditions.
Monitor key ecosystem metrics and deliver reports to senior leadership.
Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to address ecosystem gaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, including at least 3 years in the Web3 / DeFi sectors.

Established networks within Web3 ecosystems are required.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders across different teams and organizations.

Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
