Job Title : HR Executive
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and resourceful HR Executive to support our growing team. This role is primarily focused on talent acquisition and recruitment (80%), with the remaining 20% covering general HR administrative functions including payroll support, leave tracking, employee discipline, training coordination, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle : job postings, screening, interviews, offers
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment channels
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate hiring records
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires
General HR Duties (20%)
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and CPF submissionsTrack and manage staff leave and attendance recordsSupport in handling basic disciplinary and grievance mattersCoordinate employee training sessions and recordsMaintain HR files, employee records, and documents in compliance with regulationsRequirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 2 years of HR experience, preferably with strong recruitment exposureProficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software / systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskProficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking clients
