Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager (Retail Mfg)

The Company

Our client is a large retail manufacturing firm with a global presence. They are currently looking for a Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager for their finance team.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day finance operations. You will ensure that the accounts are prepared in accordance with the financial regulations. This includes handling full sets of accounts up to financial reporting, ensuring timely payment, resolving discrepancies, managing general ledger, as well as accounts receivable, analysis and budgeting of financial statements. You will also review the work of team members and participate in any related tasks.

Your Profile

You should have a degree in finance and accounting and bring with you a minimum of 5 years' experience. You are a self-starter, are meticulous and hands on, can work with minimal supervision and have high adaptability to work in a fast paced environment. Immediate availability will be advantageous.
