Job descriptionResponsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties. Liaise with consultants, architects, developers or project's team. Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers and pricing comparison. Evaluate Main Contract / Sub-Contract works. Tendering and project documents administration.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor / Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating / Surveying Works in building construction firm.
- PC Literate (MS word / Excel).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
