Job description

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and systems, as well as managing the IT infrastructure of the Bank.

Provide technical and functional support for development activities and projects within an international environment, leading technological innovation.

Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to automate and transform business processes in the capital markets value chain.

Create data science models to generate strategic insights, develop predictive models, and deploy solutions that meet current standards.

Utilize generative AI models to create synthetic financial data, simulate market scenarios, generate new investment ideas, automate post-trade processes, and enhance stakeholder interactions.

Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to design AI-based solutions.

Develop a product mindset for exploiting AI models to improve and build functional components within the IS ecosystem.

Work closely with technical and business teams to resolve complex problems.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Experience Level

6-10 years of professional experience.

Specific Experience

Minimum 10 years in an IT functional architecture role, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps. Proficiency in data management, AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and cloud-based GEN AI and LLM technologies using RAG patterns. Knowledge of ethical principles for embedding generation in GenAI. Skilled in Python, .NET, Java, DevOps / MLOps / Kubernetes, AWS Cloud.

Additional skills include excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, curiosity, autonomy, and motivation.
