Business Development Executive – Fast-Track to Manager

Are you currently in a manpower agency but feeling stuck?

We’re E-Contract Pte Ltd , a growing recruitment and outsourcing firm, and we’re expanding our BD team.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities across sectors (e.g. logistics, retail, F&B, tech)
• Work closely with recruitment and operations team to fulfill manpower needs
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Hit monthly revenue targets with full support from our sourcing team

What’s Different Here :

We prefer those with recruitment / manpower sales background , but open to sharp learners.
