- Attending to clients' emails and phone (enquiries, issues, requests, complaints and etc)
- Tickets to be raised for resolution, follow up, or actions to be taken by different departments
- Ad hoc job requests (performing typesetting, data sorting and mail merge)
- Invoicing clients for ad hoc mailings
- Namecards printing requests
