  • Lead high-stakes business negotiations and obtain long-term framework agreements by negotiating and closing.
  • Foster closer ties with current important clients and promote upselling via performance and trust.
  • To guarantee a flawless client experience, work together with the international operations, technical, and commercial teams.
  • Promote expansion by locating, pursuing, and closing high-value prospects with local shipowners, operators, and technical management firms.
  • Engage strategically by building rapport with senior stakeholders, such as procurement, fleet directors, superintendents, and performance managers.
  • Oversee commercial initiatives by creating and carrying out regional sales plans that complement global strategy.
  • Requirements :

    • Demonstrated success in B2B sales
    • Preferably has sales experience in the areas of shipping and technical maritime solutions.
    • An avid hunter who is passionate about constructing pipelines and closing new deals
    • Profound knowledge of the technological, commercial, and regulatory factors influencing shipping.
    • Self-assured in managing sales procedures with several stakeholders
    • Competent in value communication and solution selling
    • Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and at ease with local travel
