Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily company operations with focus on service quality and efficiency
- Set and achieve revenue, profit, and performance targets for the outlet(s)
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain loyal ones
- Collaborate with marketing team on brand-building and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and optimize cost structures, margins, and overall profitability
- Standardize operating procedures and ensure compliance with service standards
- Drive initiatives that improve customer experience and increase average spend
- Track KPIs, P&L, and performance metrics; present reports to senior management
- Propose and test new concepts, product offerings, or business models
Requirements
5–8 years of F&B management experience; 2+ years in a senior / multi-unit roleStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsProven ability to drive revenue, manage costs, and optimize team performanceCommercial mindset with experience in customer acquisition or brand growthProficient in using POS, basic reporting tools, and Excel / Google SheetsDiploma or degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related fieldAdditional Details
