Job Responsibility : -
Customer Enquiry Handling
- Address / Feedback customer enquiries related to Lab.
- Communicate customer special requirements to Internal Departments.
- Resolve issues related to report delivery and service quality.
Job Coordination & Communication
Coordinate job assignments with Lab analysts and relevant departments.Manage customer data and job documentation (e.g. job sheets, COC forms).Handle logistics for sample collection and delivery.Oversee subcontracted tests, including PO preparation etc.Incoming Registry and Lab Administration
Manage registration and labeling of test samples.Support lab staff with sample distribution and testing requirements.Assist Managers and Section Heads with general lab admin duties.Ensure clear communication of testing requirements across teams.Job Requirement : -
ITE qualification and above, with or without a related field of studyNo prior work experience required - training will be providedEntry-level candidates are welcome to applyExperience in using basic laboratory equipment is an added advantageMust be self-driven, a good team player, and possess strong communication skills.
