Senior Solution Architect

We are working with a tech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Senior Solution Architect to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive up to SGD 240k (excluding bonus).

A critical role for a Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in Air Traffic Management (ATM) to define and drive architecture for real-time, mission-critical systems. Youll be working on key ATM solutions like TopSKY-ATC(HE) , shaping future airspace management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, software-intensive ATM systems
• Architect systems in compliance with ICAO , Eurocontrol , security , performance , and safety standards

Define system breakdowns, interfaces, functional flows, and TPMs

Mentor junior architects and contribute to architecture best practices

Key Requirements :

Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field

5+ years in architecture roles focused on ATM systems and standards

Proven experience designing secure, infrastructure and network architectures

Tools : Capella , Enterprise Architect , DOORS , Jira

Comfortable working in multicultural and international project settings

Strong stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills

Eligible for Singapore Security Clearance (CAT2)

Good to Have :

SAFe framework familiarity

French literacy
