Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a dynamic SAP Consultant with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors implementations and support—particularly across Payroll and / or Compensation . You’ll work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to drive best practices, deliver enhancements, and optimize HR operations through SAP’s cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Payroll and / or Compensation modules.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and translate them into functional system specs.
- Design and deliver scalable, user-centric enhancements and workflows within SAP SF.
- Ensure compliance with local and global payroll and compensation standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; work with support teams to manage incidents.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to key users.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors , especially in Payroll and / or Compensation modules.Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes, ideally in an MNC or regional setting.SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) in relevant modules is highly desirable.Familiarity with integration tools and payroll interfaces.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Prior exposure to EC, Time Tracking or other SF modules.Agile project delivery experience.Tell employers what skills you have
