Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in preparing planners, proposals, and follow-up emails
Support the sales team with customer enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp
Help update and maintain client records and CRM system
Coordinate schedules and set appointments for the sales team
Prepare simple reports and sales tracking updates
Organize and file sales documents and contracts
Assist in marketing campaigns and follow-up messages
Provide general admin and engagement support as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
