RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage motor insurance claims
• Handle enquiries and correspondence of motor claims
• Investigate and negotiate claims settlements & recoveries
• Help or guide staff on difficult claims
• Review claim files including monitoring of recoveries, setting of reserves and claims payment
• Manage clients and intermediaries
• Manage complaints handling
• Train, guide and coach junior staff
• Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the Motor Claims Section
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
