We are seeking a strategic Head, Operations (F&B) in driving operations excellence growth, overseeing end-to-end operations, and achieving strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full operations lifecycle of all F&B outlets by driving excellence in service, operations, and brand consistency.
Ownership of P&L to drive financial outcome and long-term growth through with forecasting, budgeting, cost control
Develop and execute launch strategies, including new store openings, team recruitment, training, and operational readiness.
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and Product Innovation team to implement brand initiatives and elevate the customer experience.
Monitor and optimize performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, food safety, and productivity.
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Regular deliverance of performances, strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-outlet concepts.

Demonstrated success in launching or scaling F&B concepts

Strong commercial and financial expertise, with hands-on experience in P&L management, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and execute brand strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Passionate about food innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences in F&B settings.
