for Operational Steward Managerto join our team!
Oversee the stewarding departments daily operations (cleaning, dishwashing, sanitation)
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all kitchen and back-of-house areas
Manage stewarding schedules, staff attendance, and shift planning
Supervise and train stewards on safety, hygiene, and equipment handling
Coordinate with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure timely support during food service
Monitor proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and kitchen equipment
Requirement :
35 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices
