Job Summary
Director, Product Manager, Digital Assets for Financing & Securities Services with responsibility for :
- Support and developing business cases for digital assets and related strategic initiatives including partnerships (externally and internally)
- Assist in product definition and development of existing and new product concepts
- Support and manage product governance and approval processes for digital assets in Asia and other global locations from time to time
- Perform other duties across FSS product and sales for digital assets as assigned from time to time
Developing business cases for digital assets and related strategic initiatives including partnerships (externally and internally)
Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research for the Asia market (and globally as required) to identify opportunities for new digital asset services and partnerships, including competitive analysis and customer interviews.Financial Modelling : Help develop financial models to forecast the potential revenue, costs, and profitability of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Stakeholder Buy-In : Present business cases to management and other internal stakeholders and potential partners, effectively communicating the strategic value, benefits, and risks associated with the initiativesProduct definition and development of existing and new product concepts
Client Interactions : Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for new digital asset products or enhancements to existing products in Asia and other locations from time to time, ensuring they meet customer and market needs.Product Ideation : Lead the product definition and provide SME input to validate concepts, gather feedback, and iterate on continuous improvements in the product.Documentation : Assist in managing comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support product development and client interactionsSupport and manage product governance and approval processes for digital assets
Governance Framework : Follow and improve the governance framework to ensures all digital asset products comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.Approval Processes : Coordinate and manage the approval processes for new products and updates, including preparing necessary documentation and presenting to local, regional and global governance committees.Risk Management : Identify and proactively mitigate risks associated with digital asset products, working closely with compliance, legal, and risk management teamsKey Responsibilities

Possess a strategic mindset to manage the digital asset product road map aligning it with overall business goals and market trends. Strong skills are required managing product governance, guiding cross functional teams and comprehensively communicating complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Processes
Proactively solicit feedback from Clients, Sales and Business Development, Business Account Management, and Operations teams to assess performance of the digital assets Product and work to enhance the product features and offering for Asia and other locations from time to time on an ongoing basis.Risk Management
Identify, raise and manage product governance and development related risks in line with the group risk management standards and policies including the enterprise risk management framework (ERMF).Regulatory & Business Conduct
