Our client is a highly respected diversified conglomerate with a strong regional presence. They are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Total Rewards Lead to join their Human Capital leadership team.
Reporting to the CHRO, this is a leadership role that will require you to manage a small team and work with senior stakeholders. You will also be leading the implementation of AI tools for total rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive Total Rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Lead the design and governance of competitive and equitable reward programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Provide strategic advice to leadership on market trends, benchmarking, job evaluation, and internal equity.
- Drive reward-related communications to enhance transparency and employee engagement.
- Lead the annual compensation review, incentive planning, and salary structure updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.At least 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with strong exposure to regional markets.Strong analytical and modelling skills; comfortable interpreting and leveraging data for decision-making.Proven track record of having designed, developed, or reviewed C&B frameworks.Sound knowledge HR best practices and understanding of key HR processes is key.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and fluid environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.Able to drive towards clarity and unity of solutions to make things happen.Experience in using AI tools for Total Rewards an advantage.
