Our Asset Management division invests in multi-asset strategies across Indian Growth Equity, Venture Debt, Private Credit, Venture Capital, Global Macro and Real Estate Private Equity.

Job Purpose

The successful applicant will join the Operations team and work closely with the Trading team of a global macro fund that employs multiple strategies across various asset classes. The role involves handling day-to-day operational tasks, including trade and cash reconciliation, as well as process optimization. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain broad exposure to hedge fund operations, trading activities, and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and flag any mismatches in position, trade rates, cash balances, and NAV (Net Asset Value) estimations. All reconciliation discrepancies must be resolved by the next business day.
• Manage cash activities, including regular invoice settlements and fund transfers across accounts to meet margin requirements.
• Ensure timely release of instructions to brokers and banks for trade settlements and payment processing.
