Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in daily vessel operations and voyage coordination
Liaise with vessels, ports, agents, and clients to ensure smooth execution of shipping activities
Handle operational documentation and reporting
Support crew coordination, ship certification, ship vetting and other marine-related tasks

Requirements :

Open to all candidates who are passionate about the marine / shipping industry and willing to learn; training will be provided

Fresh graduates with a background in marine or maritime studies are welcome to apply

Candidates with 1-2 years of sailing experience

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Salary to be discussed based on experience and qualifications
