Key Responsibilities :

• Developing and implementing strategies for securing and managing debt financing, including loans, bonds, or other forms of borrowing.
• Evaluating the cost of debt and negotiating favorable terms with lenders.
• Managing debt covenants and ensuring compliance with loan agreements.
• Monitoring debt levels and repayment schedules.
• Exploring opportunities for refinancing existing debt to optimize costs and terms.
