Roles & Responsibilities

We are a growing recruitment agency based in Singapore, dedicated to connecting top talent with leading employers across diverse industries. Our mission is to provide high-quality recruitment services through deep market understanding, ethical practices, and strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients
  • Conduct outbound sales through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to clients
  • Negotiate terms of business and close deals

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
  • Understand client hiring needs and relay them to the recruitment team
  • Market & Competitor Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities
  • Conduct market mapping and analysis to identify growth sectors
  • Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a smooth delivery of services
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (recruitment or HR services is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • Familiarity with the Singapore recruitment business landscape is preferred
