Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented trainee to support our green coffee bean business focused on the Japan market. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of coffee trading.
What you will do :
- Assist in managing the green coffee supply chain for the Japan market, from origin to customer.
- Coordinate sample requests, approvals, and dispatch for buyers.
- Support logistics planning and execution for green coffee shipments.
- Participate in origin visits, including our ongoing sustainability project activities in Vietnam, alongside Japanese buyers.
- Learn and contribute to the execution of ofi 's coffee trading processes and quality standards.
- Liaise with internal teams across origin, quality, and sustainability to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and records related to trading, logistics, and customer communication.
