The Role

Create a blueprint for the go to market strategy for the brand in Southeast Asia. Deliver a robust and S.M.A.R.T business plan that comprehensively projects the growth trajectory for the busines over the next 12 / 24 / 36 months. This shall entail, planning, building and executing a holistic strategy and business plan with a multi-year outlook for creating a substantial and consistent revenue stream for the company. Within this engine, the key elements will be, hiring and retaining best in class talent, building deep and mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, driving brand salience through focused marketing efforts execution, driving sell-through to end-consumers, end to end P&L management and owning the entire value chain to maintain a lean yet robust supply chain for product flow.

Develop plans to achieve revenue targets, profitability and market share objectives. Implement and execute those plans and maintain strong and steady rhythm for the sales engine.

Key account management.

Providing actionable insight on emerging market and technology trends. Manage all internal team (Southeast Asia) reporting on all metrics to ensure optimal performance and outcomes.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 15 years' experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT peripherals, Consumer electronics, Audio range and Luxury watches.
  • You have working knowledge of go to market, leadership, strategy partnership and entrepreneurial skills
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
