    Job Description

    • Identify and convert new corporate business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted sales initiatives
    • Drive corporate revenue growth by managing a portfolio of key business accounts and developing strategic plans to deepen client relationships
    • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Commercial Director to execute sales strategies that align with broader commercial objectives
    • Prepare corporate rate proposals and contracts , ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends and business needs
    • Contribute to sales reporting, performance tracking, and team planning , while supporting a high-performance sales culture across the department
    • The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience in corporate sales within the luxury or upper-scale hospitality sector, ideally at Senior Sales Manager
    • Strong track record of managing high-value corporate accounts and consistently achieving revenue targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a client-centric mindset
    • Familiarity with the Singapore corporate market and regional business travel trends is preferred
