Responsibilties :
- End to End Recruitment Support - Assist in the full recruitment process - from job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews to candidate follow-up and onboarding
- HR Data Analysis - Track, analyze recruitment data and present HR metrics
- Process Improvements - Identify ways to improve recruitment workflows for speed and candidate experience
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a smooth recruitment process
