Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Service Excellence

Oversee the team’s operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance services.
Maintain a strong focus on quality, timeliness, regulatory adherence, and client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on accounting and tax-related matters, fostering strong and trusted relationships.

Provide strategic advice to clients, addressing complex accounting and taxation queries with professionalism and expertise.

Business Growth & Development

Lead client acquisition efforts and drive business expansion through cross-selling and strategic initiatives.

Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve revenue growth.

Team Development & Performance Management

Mentor, coach, and develop the team to build a high-performing and knowledgeable workforce.

Implement training programs and performance management frameworks to support professional growth.

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational workflows.

Implement best practices and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in service delivery.

Key Requirements

At least 8+ years of experience in corporate accounting and regulatory compliance within a Singapore professional services firm.

Strong technical knowledge of SFRS, tax laws, GST regulations, and compliance requirements.

Self-driven, good business acumen and possess team management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA etc.
