Job descriptionSupport the creation of engaging visuals, short-form videos, and captions tailored for our parenting community Curate relevant articles, user-generated content, or partner materials for social sharing Assist in gathering user feedback and responding to parent queries with empathy and clarity Help maintain a smooth customer journey across our digital touchpoints Support the planning and execution of both physical and virtual parenting events, workshops, and campaigns Help coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors / partners, and provide on-ground or online event support Passionate about digital marketing, and community engagement. Creative thinker with a good eye for design and content Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
Position : B2C Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Account Management
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Supermoms social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and trends, and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent tone
