Key Responsibilities :
Provide general administrative support to the Office, Kitchen & Operations team
Coordinate and follow through on equipment repair and servicing with vendors
Manage petty cash and handle claims and reimbursements accurately
Maintain proper records of kitchen and office inventory
Assist in procurement and office supplies ordering
Support in food labeling and packing documentation when needed
Manage company vehicle servicing & Insurance Matter
Assist with basic HR tasks, including : New Staffs Onboarding, Staff attendance tracking, Leave records management & Preparing simple HR letters and documents
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
