Your role

Are you a motivated team player with a keen eye for detail? Are you analytical and thrive in a high-pressure environment? Do you have knowledge of mutual funds and alternative investments?

We’re looking for someone who can :

  • Facilitate timely and accurate market-side order placement and completion activities, including order monitoring, chasing confirmations, detecting irregularities, and handling exceptions efficiently.
  • Manage client-side sales trading activities, including advising on order entry, handling special requests, and addressing pre- and at-trade client queries from Wealth Management clients and third-party Financial Institutions.
  • Handle inbound information received from Transfer Agents via the Central Information Management System.
  • Support and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and manage risk, staying updated with market developments.
  • Follow all rules, regulations, compliance guidelines, and desk procedures / protocols.

Your team

You will be part of the Global Markets Funds Execution team in Singapore within our Investment Bank - Execution Hub. We are one of two global hubs responsible for buy-side fund order execution within the Group, providing seamless, best-in-class services for our Wealth Management Clients and third-party Banks, in partnership with our Zurich team.

Your expertise

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience with knowledge of mutual funds and hedge funds, including regulatory frameworks like FINRA 5130 / 5131, AIFMD, etc.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Macros and scripting; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, an innovative mindset, and the ability to make things happen.
  • Ability to analyze problems independently, form opinions, and make decisions.
  • Professional certifications such as CACS 1&2, CMFAS M1A, M6 & M6A.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Responsible, risk-conscious, client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver capable of working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Business Mandarin is a plus for liaising with local clients.
