Roles & Responsibilities

About Us

ONESIXTYTWO is a technology firm based in Singapore. We operate lean and smart, with a high-performance culture and a flexible remote setup. We’re looking for a Head of Finance to join as our main finance lead —someone who thrives in autonomous roles and loves getting into the weeds of operational finance.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of the firm’s financial and operational workflows. Key responsibilities include :

Accounting & Invoicing

Organize, request, and track invoices; input transactions into accounting service provider
Assist with tax filings
Maintain audit-ready documentation across all entities

Corporate & Regulatory Compliance

Coordinate with legal counsel and fund administrator on FATCA / CRS reporting

Support audits and corporate filings

Maintain compliance schedules and follow through on recurring obligations

What We’re Looking For

4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or fund operations

Accounting designation is strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and ability to work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Experience working with or understanding crypto custodians and exchanges is a plus

Prior exposure to cross-border financial structures or small fund setups is a bonus
