Job Description
Our client, one of the largest Japanese manufacturers, is seeking a dedicated Officer, Customer Service to join their team. This position will report directly to the Manager, Customer Service.
Responsibilities】
- Assist and support the Manager of the Customer Service department.
- Responsible for supervising the activities related to the planning of logistic processes, calculating adequate levels of stock, defining optimal transportation routes, etc.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting monthly inventory cycle counts.
- Demonstrate good communication with vendors / customers / all related parties.
- Implement internal and external processes, to satisfy company needs to minimize costs & improve to high productivity related to the logistics operation.
- Supervise team members, assign tasks, respond to complex, escalated enquiries and handle difficult accounts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements.

Must)
Diploma in any field with 1-2 years of experience in customer service and trade operationsExperience in processing sales and purchase orders.Proficient with Microsoft applications and SAP.Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.Advantageous)
Ability to commence work within short notice.Experience handling customers within the electronics, automotive, or healthcare sectors.English Level
