What the job entails :
Develop and implement digital marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectivesManage and optimize the company's website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising campaigns, and ensure consistency and quality of the digital content and messagingMonitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of the digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or MailchimpGenerate and present reports and dashboards on the digital marketing metrics and KPIs, such as traffic, conversions, leads, and revenueIdentify and evaluate new and emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the digital marketing strategies as appropriateCollaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create and deliver engaging and compelling digital content, such as blogs, videos, infographics, and webinarsCoordinate with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of the digital marketing campaigns and initiatives with the product launches and sales goalsManage and oversee the digital marketing budget and resources, and allocate them efficiently and effectivelyThe Profile
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field; master's degree or certification preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or consulting industryDemonstrated experience and expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and platforms, such as website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertisingProficient in digital marketing tools and software, such as WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or MailchimpExcellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging and persuasive digital contentStrong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on the digital marketing performance and impactCreative, innovative, and strategic thinker, with the ability to generate and implement new and effective digital marketing ideas and solutionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlinesPassionate, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with a results-oriented and growth-oriented mindsetThe Employer
