Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, group consolidation, and audit readiness, while also ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and corporate secretarial obligations. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, offering flexibility for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
- Prepare and consolidate group financial statements across multiple entities
- Handle tax computations and submissions, including GST filings
- Ensure audit readiness and support external auditors throughout the audit process
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable / payable, and general ledger integrity
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (optional—can be confirmed based on business needs)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Support corporate secretarial tasks and liaise with company secretary
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax agents, and other external partners (optional—can be confirmed based on business needs)
Requirements :
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCertified Accountant (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) preferredMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceProven experience with group consolidationFamiliarity with audit processes and corporate secretarial workProficiency in accounting software and willingness to adapt to various platformsSolid knowledge of local financial reporting standards and tax regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat We Offer :
